How to order plus Terms and conditions

On-line:
On-line ordering is available by clicking the button next to the product you want, you will get a confirmation box offering the chance to cancel in case you made a mistake. The default quantity is set to , to change the quantity simply click in the box, delete the old quantity and enter the new quantity and when you press the button the amount entered in the box is the amount you will order. (Note: if you order the same product again but with a different quantity value, the order will be updated to hold the most recent quantity value).
You can check, amend and delete items from your cart at any time by selecting 'View order' from the menu.
When you have finished selecting your goods, click on the 'Checkout' link to place the order on our secure server.

Simply ring 01903 233832. We will either take your order or if busy return your call.

By Post:
Simply complete the Order Form and return to us:
Johnson Home Wine Supplies Ltd.   2 Gratwicke Road.   Worthing.   West Sussex.   BN11 4BH.

Payment:
All prices are quoted in £GBP and are inclusive of VAT at the current English rate.

Cash with order please or by Stating Mastercard, Visa, Delta or Maestro number, Start Date and Expiry Date, Security code.  Plus Issue number where stated.

Carriage cost:
UK Mainland
(except Scottish Highlands)
For orders under £60.00 please add £5.50 towards carriage.  In all cases a minimum carriage charge of £4.00 will apply.
We will refund with your order any excess payment.
Orders over £60 are in most cases are carriage free where they are not quotations will be given.

Overseas Orders:
Please email us with your requirements for a quotation and approx delivery time.

Delivery schedule:
UK Mainland
(except Scottish Highlands)
Dispatch is normally made on the first working day of receipt (Monday - Friday).
Delivery can be anticipated within two working days of dispatch.
We will contact you if this may not be possible.

Delivery Instructions:
We are willing to leave goods without a signature, but unfortunately this will be entirely at your own risk.

Right of cancellation:

Within eight days from receipt you may wish to cancel and return the goods.
The cost of goods and outward delivery will be reimbursed.  However the consumers responsibility is to take good care of the goods and pay the associated return carriage costs.

Statutory rights:
Please note none of our terms and conditions affect your statutory rights.
